The community has been renovated into modern apartments with stainless steel kitchens, modern bathrooms, there is a beauty shop, laundry rooms, activity rooms, theater, dining room for special celebrations, and a gym, waterfall fountain, beautiful pathways - the building looks like a five-star hotel. The historical neighborhood has many cultural activities.
